Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the History subtab.
Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
Click Search.
To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.

First off, PayPal is owned by ebay. You must have no outstanding transactions and all previous transactions must have been completed at least 30 days prior to cancelling. If your account is negative, they will not cancel it either. Then contact a customer service rep to take care of the issue.

Contact Paypal, sign-in to your account and cancel it.
