When one asks the smae question that has been asked in a variety of ways, just because he/she doesnt take the time to search through the previously asked questions (Heck folks thats why there's a search feature! )

They don't want an actual answer, they want the fun of the "conversation". Don't let it annoy you. On a scale that includes Tsunamis and global warming, it doesn't even register. 80)

Not sure what your question applies to but many times I've had a problem with configuring software and that software's website FAQs don't help--either I'm the only one that's had my particular problem or I can't figure out how to use their search engine. Search engines are getting better but they're still far from perfect. I usually give up on the search engine after several tries of not finding the right combination of words to find the answer I'm looking for and just email tech support. But I think generally people just pose similar questions because they're lazy, or in the case of a site like this one, they just rush through trying to get as many points as possible as quickly as possible instead of courteously taking the time to do a search.

no. I m not annoyed. I only come here a couple times a week, so I dont have all of the past questions memorized. unless I do the search...I cant tell if a question has already been asked

I do get annoyed at that as well. I also get annoyed when people do not use the Check Spelling feature before they post.

sometimes it gets annoying, depending on the question. What they dont realize is that they can search yahoo questions and see if people have ALREADY asked the question to find the answer

No it doesn't bother me, you can ask the same question 100 times, but you might get a different answer each time.

Yeah it's annoying but they are wasting their points away and I believe you can only ask so many questions a day. So thankfully they usually level 1's and are done pretty quickly. :)
