Depends on your funds. The Melting Pot is super yummy but you may have trouble getting a reservation there. You could go to some local obscure little Italian place, that's always sexy.
Also, Lombardo's, Cugino's, Rigazzi's...all wonderful places.
Truthfully I don't care where I'm at as long as I'm with my honey. Any thoughts on making dinner?

wow. most of them are going to be packed. i highly recommend Cafe Brazil on Manchester & Rock Hill, excellent food & easier to get into on (regular) weeknights than on the weekends.

how about fixing a nice dinner at your place for your valentine?even if you can't cook, with all the very tasty ready made dinner items now at the deli counters at dierbergs, schnucks or even straubs, you could do a very nice dinner at home, including a nice bottle of wine or champagne and a chocolate fondue dessert or cheesecake from their bakeries. and it would be much more intimate than a restaurant.

Yia Yia's Eurocafe. I believe it's in Chesterfield somewhere. A bf & I doubled with his friend & his wife a couple years ago for V-day. The guys had made it a surprise & took us there (the friend proposed to his wife there). I loved it. The decor is nice & they have some very interesting food!

Another is The Melting Pot. My sister's bf took her there for her birthday & she couldn't stop talking about it afterwards. She said the food is absolutely wonderful!
