I have been sleeping from 2pm-12pm and staying up from 12am up the rest of the day, because I get home from school at 1:30. Is this a bad habit to start, will it affect my health?

I've slept at all kinds of odd hours, especially when I was working two jobs (1 in a store that couldn't seem to make up its collective mind what it wanted and the other a graveyard shift job). And it seems to me that as long as you have a regular schedule for sleep, your health will be just fine.

On the other hand, if you start mucking around with your sleep schedule, it will effect your immune system- and not in a good way.

well it might wear on your health some from staying up so long. But its more than likely going to get your days and nights all mixed up. start by taking a short nap in the afternoon then staying up and see how you feel.
