I don't have a lot of money to buy the clothes/accessories/shoes I really enjoy, so I posted on craigslist if anyone could donate Converse sneakers in decent condition they did not want anymore, any neon colored clothing, and some punk accessories. Someone flagged me for the Neon clothing but I reposted. Someone was nice enough that they will be giving me their mint condition black converse sneakers which I am pretty greatful and I do not mind hand me downs and thrift at all, so is it wrong to ask people for things they don't wear anymore or would throw away anyways?

Only if you do so under false pretenses. If you are honest and just say, "hey... I don't have a lot of money to spend on clothes and stuff... do you got anything you can give me?" and you post on Craig's List and people give you stuff, then it's cool. If you lie and mislead, then I think it's wrong.

No that's not wrong at all. I do it all the time myself. It's better if you know the person however. Hope the shoes look cute on you if you get them.
