I'm gonna have to say I strongly doubt it. Germany 2006 has raised the bar, it was an awesome tournament by a very well organised country
SA has a lot of problems and it's going to be hard to provide the same experience

To even imagine that it will be a success is a pipe dream, it should be moved else where, as nothing will be ready on time and crime is totally out of control and the government is powerless to stop it.

I certainly hope so. As a priority, SA has to do something about the level of crime. If international football fans become the target of criminals it will be a disaster for all concerned, not least SA itself.

I think they are very worried about this.Most of the stadiums are not built yet, they have a massive crime problem and the infrastructure is not there ie decent transportation. So I think it could well be a disaster.
