You were taught that George Washington was the first president but if I could prove to you otherwise, would you accept it? what if I told you washington was actually the 8th president. Could I get you to agree.

We believe what we are "taught". There is a lot of fabrication in history, so we have to go by what is generally accepted as "truth".
I am open minded, so I could probably be swayed to change my mind. Of course, I enjoy research, so I would be happy to delve into a possibility.

As open as my car window on a hot summer day. School books have always been misleading...most teach you want the government has approved for you to know, and when new evidence is brought forth, they usually fall back on the too expensive to reprint everything excuse.

I'm always open to others viewpoints and I consider things thorougly especially when facts are presented. I have heard that about George Washington before.

They were and still are not recognized as president simply because the United States of America did not exist at that time, we were still colonies under British rule....
