To defy court ruling of putting home up for aution while ex husband plans secret lean under old construction company name????

dated psyco for 6 weeks and don't know how to alert his ex wife of illegal intensions...Trying to sabbatage sale..he lives there now...will there be a record search prior to sale of leans>???

Please tell her now. Think about how you would feel if some one knew the truth and never told you. The truth is sometimes hard to take but it is better than having a coverup of lies hit you in the face. I know my ex put a lean on my mother's estate when we divorced, it ended up the best thing , because when I sold it I owed no capital gains taxes. Where if he hadn't done it the money I owed him for my house would have come from selling my mothers house and I would have owed about $30,000 in capital gains. So, his secret attack on me back fired but I was ready for it due to a friend told me two days before I went to court and had looked at the matter. I pretended to be upset , but was laughing on the inside. My account even ask if I wanted to send him a thank you card when he did my taxes. I should have, but I have enjoyed knowing and him thinking he got me when he did not. Tell your friend.!!!!

Yes she should be alerted, as well as the court system. I do believe that falls under Contempt of Court.

who lives in the house now? does he then yes tell the ex wife because she has a right to know!! that is wrong why doesn't he just buy her out if he wants the house not to play dirty that us wrong!!! hope he gets his if it works for him.....

Let them handle their problems? If it wasn't your marriage why do you want to stir up more mess. You should keep your litterbox clean, not dig in others. You sound like someone who loves to stir up mess.
