Do You Like to do Housework?

Question

Also do you have your home normally clean or do you need to have it as clean as a hospital?
I was just curious.

I don't hate housework but I don't love it either. My house is nothing compared to a hospital but it stays alright. With two kids and a messy hubby the house stayed lived in. I pick up everything twice a day and dishes and laundry stay done along with made beds daily. I keep the kitchen and bathrooms cleaner than most do, but with young children you should (never know when one of them might find licking the kitchen counter to be fun. LOL)

I love to do housework. Not only at home, but my work is cleaning. I have my own little business and my clients love my work. My house is normally clean. I clean at night before I go to bed and wash the dishes after each meal. I don't have to have it hospital clean. Just fresh smelling and nothing on the floors. I want my guests to feel comfortable and at home when they drop by. So I use alot of lavender and jasmine scents for a very relaxed feeling.

I hate housework. I am a clutter bug. I can not throw anything out. If my house is messy I am ok but dirty drives me crazy. I would be very comfortable in a house as clean as a hospital if someone else did the work!!!!!!

Don't mind housework at all. The cleaner, the happier I am. Doesn't take long to clean, I still scrub floors on my hands and knees, don't believe a mop does it well enough. I bleach counters, tubs, toilets (hand clean that too), use bleach mixed with **** N Span (a tad toxic).

I love to clean my house but it doesn't need to be as clean as the hospital. Too clean will make it hard on you when you get around enviroments that isn't. In other words it will make you prone to germs. You gotta have some germs in your home.

So normally clean it then clean it like a hospital every other week.

my bathroom is always hospital clean but the rest of my house is normally clean. i do the dishes every night and vaccuum once a day..i have two dogs who shed a little bit so i like to keep up on the hair.

1 I like to do housework, it makes me
happy and gives me some exercise I
would not have otherwise, reaching
stretching, bending ... (and sneezing!)
In addition, I am always happy when it
is done. I like to know that I will not
be ashamed to have guests and that
they will be comfortable in my house.

2 I like it quite clean, but not antiseptic ...
excep for things like the stove, sink,
fridg and the bathroom I like clean

3 I like to keep ahead of the laundry and
I like to let it finish drying in the house.
I have not lived in the country for years
but there is nothing like the scent of
clothes dried in the fresh air ....

4 I like to keep ahead of things like news
papers (which give your house an
unpleasant scent if too many pile up)
and magazines. My parental family
was given to pack-rat-ism and I am
quite the opposite: I LOVE to throw
things out. Or sell them or give them
away. I need space to work!

5 I like to look at the things I have chosen
for my house because I have chosen
them carefully. I like taking care of my
plants and I like to think there is a good
spirit / vibe hanging around my house
because I have made it pleasant and
aesthetically pleasing. I also like having
Indian things because they come with
a blessing and protection.

Yes, I like housework about as much as I like a bikini wax! LOL
Messy is okay, I work full time and have 3 kids. Dirty is not okay.

Unless it's just "one of those days" when I get a wild hair up....I normally hate housework! My house is not nasty its just got a little pile of papers here, a pile of coupons there, a pile of cloths in this corner and that. You know clutter, lots of it.

Nope, don't like to do housework. Like to have it clean but not sterile.
