Yes,
By having a hysterectomy, your thoughts have transcended into your subconscious meaning. You have come to the conclusion that there will be no more kids for you, your sub-conscience is easing your self worth and letting you have that aurora of being a mother again. It is perfectly normal and healthy to think this way.
Also use this dream to prep for your grandchildren as there will be some diapers to change, or a friend may need some help with kids, either way your maternal instinct is letting you know it is there for you and your skills in mothering are not to be lost.
You have a beautiful soul, hopefully you bring it to God from time to time for a recharge.
Happy mothering is a part of you and thanks for this noble deed!

I think that you dream means that you are a woman of 45 and had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and have 2 children ages 18 and 22 and that you dreamed that you gave birth to a baby girl. You named her something really weird like Jackelyn. Your two kids where with you and that her diaper was wet. Oh, I almost forgot, your children were born by c-section.
You're probably wondering how I do that. Pretty weird, huh!

People often dream of having babies and it's often associated with the beginning of something. The wet diaper may mean that the new project (or whatever is starting up right now in your life) is messy or a bit of trouble.
The most important thing I've found in figuring out dreams is how do you feel about the symbols? The fact that you have never "given" birth or that you can no longer become pregnant isn't probably part of it. The name may mean something and often those things are kinds of puns. It could be a pun on "Jeckyl and Hyde" (jackelyn) pointing out that whatever new thing in your life is not only messy but could prove to be something that is very different than it appears to be at first blush.
What do you feel about the name and the idea of something brand new..."becoming?"

Dream dictionaries are crap. Think about it, we all don't feel the same way about horses so a horse in a dream won't mean the same thing to all of us. Some people love horses, some people are terrified of them, some are intimidated by their power, etc.
The way to analyze your dreams is to write down the major components of the dream - whether that be details or emotions. Then look at your life and see where there are similarities.
Dreams are our subconscious' way of sorting out our lives and emotions. Think of it as a filing cabinet. When you go in to file something, your brain passes over the other files and in the process, grabs bits and pieces from our past. It uses images and people that can be associated with feelings or issues. So it's not the actual "thing" that needs to be understood, but rather how that thing makes you feel.
Usually when I'm feeling stressed out or a bit aimless, I will have dreams where I'm frantically trying to pack for a flight, or that I've just been told I'm leaving town for an extended trip and I have to get myself together. It's not the trip that's important, it's the feeling of being unprepared that is at issue.
From what you've provided, the things you want to look at are the experience of a new child, the presence of your other children, the wet nappy, and maybe the c-section. Off the bat, the wet nappy hints at the desire to care for another person or perhaps you're being asked to care for someone that can't take care of themself.
