Preparation Time : 15 mins.

Serves 1.

Ingredients

¼ cup dates (khajur), deseeded
1 tablespoon honey
½ banana
1 cup milk
4 to 6 ice-cubes

Method


1. Heat the milk and soak the dates in it for 10 to 15 minutes till they soften and the milk is cold.


2. Combine the soaked dates, milk, banana and honey with ice cubes and blend in a liquidiser.


3. Serve immediately.

1 cup of water,2 tbls of protein power,2 tbls of flax meal,1-4th cup of blue berries. sweeten if you need to (i don't )blen. some times i add a tea spoon of coco just to change it up. this shake tastes good & is very good for you . may God bless ps.i forgot put ice in blender to make it thick & cold. no cooking. it is high in omega 3/6/9,great for the heart & di-track.flax was the # 1 med. of the roman soilders sevrs 1

Go to your local gym they have some great tasty shakes packs you can buy and you can make now and some later when you feel the same way. (all you need is a blender and ice some require some fruit)
