yes you would have to use hair bleach, it would go ginger initially but if you leave it on long enough it will lighten up nicely - you could also put a toner on the streaks after to acheive an exact shade.

Since you're naturally blonde AND your hair has already been chemically treated, it should be easier to dye.
You need to either bleach the streaks first, or find a way to remove the black hair dye in the area you want to streak. Try to get your hair to be the plaest color it can get before you dye it any color, that way the color won't be diluted.

Your best bet is to go consult with a hair specialist/stylist. You can probably do it at home if you have enough experience, you just need info from them.

the streaks will initially have to be lightened i think and this will make the hair go a ginger/brown colour and then the colour for the streaks will be applied. my honest advice is to grow out the black colour, it is usually really obvious when it isnt a natural colour and its not a very flattering colour unless natural. why not try a rich brown colour or something a little more stylish

i dont think u could do a home job with this one, i would suggest going to the salon to get it done as it possibly would go ginger or redish as it reacts with the black. u might be abled to bleach ur hair then put a toner on that, as the bleach will strip the hair back and enable u 2 dye on top of it, but it is risky and u have to do strand tests etc before attempting this.

Go have it done professionally. I did the same thing...naturally blonde hair I went brown (dark) and tried to turn it back myself and I ended up with highlighter yellow hair. It was 160 to get it back natural!

Yes, I don't see why not. I would personally think that just doing the tips of your hair would look stunning especially if it was bright red or even a green or blue.

you are able to not dye pink over black whether that's dyed. you will might desire to strip the sections you decide on streaked and then dye it pink. whether that's naturaly black then you are able to tint your hair with the pink dye. even nevertheless it is going to probable not instruct nicely.

i wouldnt suggest this. i dyed my hair black and if you try to put blondes in it, it wont look good. try a red if you want more color in it, or just dye your hair a brown so that you can put carmal high lights in it.

Sorry but that sounds ugly - go natural instead of having a hair color that is "not found in nature"
