Yes, they do, even John Wayne did, as macho as he was. He had very light skin that burned easily in the sun. His make-up was specially formatted with sunscreen added for extra protection. Nothing wrong with a little enhancement, after all, this IS the Silver Screen where nothing is REAL......

Yes. The lighting used when filming makes the actors look washed out, so they have to wear makeup.

I barely see any skin imperfections on these male actors on screen. Like their female counterparts, they also have makeup applied to hide them. Also I hear they use computer imaging or air brushing as well.

Im sure that some do because when the camera is on them, no matter how hot they are it might make there face look a little weird so they use make up to fix that

the makeup helps control the lighting, it helps accent expressions, it helps to clean up the face....
theres many reasons, but just about every single male actor uses makeup.
