How can anyone not answer Michael Jackson. As a performer and an artist he beats anyone. Mind I am not a huge Michael Jackson fan but do like some of his music, and I like Prince's music as well, but if you think of the impact and influence that Michael Jackson has had throughout his career, I don't think there would be much arguement. Yes I agree he is a lot more odd, and I don't agree with all his personal choices, but as an artist and entertainer, no contest. He re-invented pop music and if you look at most pop and/or R&B music out there today, it is obvious that MJ had an influence. As a musician, Prince is amazing. I heard that he can play over 40 different musical instruments. That makes him very talented, but not as intergral to the music industry as MJ. Plus Michael Jackson he had huge success with the Jackson 5.

My man Prince he is Miles Ahead of M jackson!! Prince is a composer, song writer, Plays about 6 or 7 Musical instruments and has a better voice than Michael!!!

Michael Jackson hands down he was the true intertainer!!! Prince is great but a litte on the boring side where Michael brought the stage totaly alive. How sad the way it ened up. I for one still love, adore, and appreciate Michael s Talent!

Wow, tough question. Michael Jackson's music is so well known and he's a great dancer, singer and all around entertainer too. However...Prince is also a great dancer, singer and entertainer who happens to play more instruments and is self taught that it would boggle people's minds...in addition he writes for so many other singers it's unbelieveable...so my vote is Prince...by a narrow margin. Great question!

Michael Jackson of course!! Prince isn't even in the same stratosphere as Michael!! Michael Jackson is the best singer, dancer and performer EVER!! And that's why he's THE KING OF POP!!

Prince! Can Michael play numerous intruments? Prince is one of the great guiterists over the last 30 years. Just go to one of his concerts and you will get 2-3 hours of nothing but 100% entertainment. No lip sync, no political comments, just pure music. You get R&B, soul, rock, funk and sometimes some unique hard rock.
Michael can't do it any of this.

In the older days (when Michael had a nose) circa early 1980's Michael was much better. Today and the last 10-20 days Prince is by far better and more "himself" - he has not really changed. Always a great one to see.
