If you were active before you were preggo, you can continue doing everything you did before. Dont' take up any new physical activities. Also, later on in the pregnancy you may have to taper off some. Talk to your doctor for his/her full recommendations on exercise. Also - headaches are a common symptom/side effect of pregnancy.

No you can't run but you can walk, you can't do sit ups either or push ups. The main exercise that you can do is just walk or swim. The headaches yeah I use to get them too! Alot of people told me that I can take tylenol but I choose not to and to just rest and lay down cuz I don't want to but any type of medicine in me even though they said that it wouldn't harm the baby you never know so I just learned to deal with it and to get plenty of rest.

Discuss this with your doctor, it's different for every woman.

However, in general it is usually OK to do situps until about 12 weeks. You can generally continue your exercize program once pregnant, but you want to make sure you keep your Pulse under 140. You will want to run any exercize program by your OB first though.

Headaches are quite common, and while doctors recommend a woman to stay active during pregnancy, I would avoid anything that causes too much stress on your abdominal region. It is best to ask your doctor since he/she is familiar with your body type and health history.

well you should ask your doctor cuz he knows whats good for you...but my sister was pregnet and she had a baby from sis months ago...but i used to take her walk every day....so my advise to try and walk every day half an hour, try just walking maybe if you run something would happen to the baby...but walking is good, and when you walk the blood moves faster so thats good for your baby and even though when your in the 7 mouth he would have his head faced down and he would be ready to come in no time.....well contacked your doctor thats the best thing for your health and ur babys health and good luck and hop he wont get you tired :)

you can run a mile everyday and have one hr of push ups from behind it will help you to deliver the baby....normally without much complication...at the time of parturition.
