There is a two hour special of 24 next week. There is one problem I have a night class that gets out at 8 o clock and it takes me 15 minutes to walk back to my dorm.
What is the best way to tell my professor I need to leave 20 minutes early so I won't miss 24?

Why do you have to tell him anything, when I was in college I didn't have to ask for permisson when I left. You just get up and walk out!

You are in college, can't you just get up and leave.
Maybe you should have your mommy write you a note.

If you think 24 is more important than your education, you have problems. There will be repeats of the show. You can catch it later.

You're in college, you don't need an excuse to leave class...I get up and walk out all the time when I want to.

Pretend you got a text message saying there's a family emergency and tell him. Or, get a friend to call your professor and say it.
