all we do is talk and hang out. he helps me out with a lot of my issues i have with my family. people find it odd and wrong.

That 46 year old is not at all interested in being your friend. You know exactly what he wants and it would be in your best interest to get out of the relationship now before something happens that you don't want to happen.

if u are just friends it isnt wrong. and even if u werent and were having a relationship,it still wouldnt be wrong!
older people(most) are more wise and definately make better friends!!!
dont study what anyone else says, be happy!!!
