If a person needs it it has all the pros and no cons.

I personally will not prescribed it in anybody above 50 without undergoing an exercise tolerance test for the heart. This also applies to the younger age group if I have clinical doubt of his cardiac status.

The biggest mortality or morbidity is not related to the drug itself .But to the extra activities that somebody engages in after many years of sedentary or inactive life in several sense of the word.

Good Luck

Pros.
I knew a man with erection difficulties. He took Viagra and it helped him have an erection.
Cons.
After taking Viagra he had a heart attack and died. The problem arose (ahem) when the undertakers found they couldn't close the coffin lid over him.

Cons:
Less commonly, bluish vision, blurred vision, or sensitivity to light may briefly occur.
In rare instances, men taking PDE5 inhibitors (oral erectile dysfunction medicines, including VIAGRA) reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including VIAGRA, and call a doctor right away.
Although erections lasting for more than 4 hours may occur rarely with all ED treatments in this drug class, to avoid long-term injuries, it is important to seek immediate medical help.
If you have prostate problems or high blood pressure for which you take medicines called alpha-blockers, your doctor may start you on a lower dose of VIAGRA.
Pro:
You will have most intense orgasm of my life

I must point out that Viagra makes your blood pressure go down and NOT up. This is very important as if you are taking any sort of high blood pressure pill as well it may send it too low and you will feel dizzy and may faint. Billions of pills of Viagra have been taken with very few side effects

For a healthy male with no history of heart problems or high blood pressure, I can't think of any "cons."

The common side effects include slight stuffy sinuses (so use a spritz of nasal spray), or slight headache (no big deal).

The "pros" are that at the slightest arousal (physical or mental), the man gets a real quality, A-1 erection.

Erectile Dysfunction can be devastating to men, and unfortunately, millions of men suffer from the condition. Learn how to cure erectile dysfunction https://tr.im/8X0ac

If you go to the doctor to talk about the issue, you’re likely to get put on one or more of the popular medications used to treat the condition. While they can be effective (temporarily), these medications come with a raft of side effects, some of which are decidedly unpleasant. Even worse, these medications aren’t really a cure, they’re more like a temporary workaround.

Worst of all, they tend to be really expensive. Month after month, you’re having to pay to work around your condition. That’s what the Big Pharmaceutical companies want.
