And do you believe, as he claims, that his one and only extramarital affair was with the male prostitute who blew the whistle on him? Which begs the question, for those that believe him, what would possess an otherwise heterosexual man with no gay inclinations to pursue sex with another man?

there is largely one reality. the difficulty is that human beings come to different conclusions as to what that reality is. Proving your conclusions replace right into a good larger mess, using fact every physique has surprisingly stable motives for his or her conclusions. right here's a stupid representation; we are all searching for the comparable situation; the reality. in this representation, regardless of the undeniable fact that, we are all searching for a thingamajigger. None human beings have ever had a thingamajigger, yet we do have an define of it. One guy unearths a doohickey and pronounces, "i've got got here across the thingamajigger!" yet somebody else unearths a thingamabob; yet another a gizmo; yet another a hickamadodger. someplace, somebody could actually locate the thingamajigger, yet every physique has a stable argument for why they think of they even have the actual thingamajigger, and because no person is specific, the argument over who has the actual thingamajigger is going on and on! i used to be between people who insisted that I had the actual thingamajigger. Now, i'm understanding further and extra that we at the instant are not meant to rigidity approximately understanding each little thing with regard to the actual thingamajigger as much as we are meant to merely be responsive to that there is a thingamajigger and be attempting to end what the thingamajigger does! The Bible tells us that there is a God who sacrificed His son on behalf human beings. It additionally tells us the thank you to tutor appreciation for that sacrifice in how we are residing our lives and in our habit. we could have confidence that. the rest is merely information that we are going to in no way agree upon until eventually God instruments us directly! it particularly is my contemporary place in this count, take it or go away it! =P

No not at all. He is trying to save his very powerful and lucrative lifestyle.

I guarantee you that he has had many gay affairs, as have a significant number of other gay hating fundamentalist ministers. Of the male pentecostal ministers I knew while I was in that movement, when I was young; more than 50% had sex with other males - on the down low. One of the few pentecostal ministers that I knew who had no problem with gays was also one of the only ones I knew who didn't like to do them on the side -- and that's the completely honest truth.

I know for a fact that this was not his only extramarital affair with a man. I chat with a man who Ted Haggert picked up in a bar and took back to his hotel room for consensual sex. Evidently, Ted is quite accomplished at giving head.

So to answer your question....no....I do not believe Ted Haggert is "completely heterosexual"....not now and not ever.

That would be impossible. I mean, I know that "with God all things are possible" - even, on the theory, alteration of the genetic material that causes a person to have homosexual tendencies - but God doesn't seem to pull that trick very often.

Well The Lord does work in mysterious ways! Would you want Ted to count among the gay number? :)

I believe him - NOT!

No, he's probably further in the closet than he's ever been before in his life.

He's in a very unenviable position: none of the right-wingers want him because they know he's gay, and the gay people don't trust him because he has worked against them in the past.

Self-hatred and internalized oppression are terrible things.

I would not believe a word that comes out of that mans mouth. I find him repugnant. He is a liar, a cheat, a hypocrite and a drug user.
