Just take out the battery. Open up the computer and there will be a round battery inside, kind of like a watch battery. just take it out, and put it back in and it should reset any settings you have on it.

try this, sometimes work:
At log in screen hit twice ctrl-alt-del
Type "Administrator" into the username and leave the password blank.
