When i try to record dance videos with my camera its like 1 sec off beat can it be the program i use?

Like im recording videos from my webcam for youtube and its like a sec off my dance moves...can it be the program i use? if so suggest some programs..i use..windows movie maker

You need a professional video mixer program, or something similar. Sony has many tools in this arena. What you want to do is film the dance sequences to whatever music you want to eventually use, then convert just and only the video, then using the mixing studio, load up the music on a second track and synchronize the video to the music.
