Napa Valley! It's very beautiful and romantic here. Anything from great dining, views, shopping, wineries, spas, new resorts, B&B's, hot air balloon trips over the Valley, the Wine Train, you name it. If you'd be interested, I can give you sources. It's a very popular but not too touristy destination like a Disneyland.
