To help a Third world country what county would you chose and what would you do first?

Put the money towards my terminally ill Mother that has had to fight to get her medicine, medicine that helps keep her alive and with us. Secondly, help OUR homeless and get rid of the ILLEGAL immigrants that are getting better healthcare than my dying MOTHER and our homeless!!!!!!!!!!

Man, that's a tough one. I guess I'd pick Sierra Leone because that's the poorest nation on earth. Also, it is kind of in the middle of sub-saharan Africa, so its potential growth could spur growth in neighboring countries. The first thing that I would do is put massive amounts of money into preventing the spread of AIDS and HIV, because that really hampers the growth of a nation.

Haiti.
Traditionally ranks among the poorest countries in the world.
First thing... intall water treatment plants everywhere so people could at least drink water without getting all kinds of unspeakable diseases.

I would give it to OUR military, they get paid the same as a third world country per capita!

id give it to dafur....altho...not exactly an unlimited amount...since that would most likely make the situation worse for the poorer citizens and will cause them to be taken advantage of...id give it to Red Cross to send supplies to citizens capable of governing the place...and taking care of the violence...

if it is unlimited i would like to end all the poverty but though i've got lots of money i still would LOVE to get the money other contries ate and made poverty (they are the most SELFISH)

I would give the money back to whomever gave it to me. As I do not believe in helping other coutrys.
