I need a mystical pretty sounding name for my book character. He happens to be the son of a female angel and male human. Anyway I looked in the Bible but didn't find anything I liked in the way of names.

He has long black hair, a rugged face(I myself don't like baby faced men like tobey Magurie) board shoulders, grey eyes that glow purple when he uses his powers, tall, good looking. Has purple and black wings.

I also made up my own sort of mythology b/c like I said his Mom is a Angel and Dad is a mortal man. But he is immortal.

Rinareal, Calaren, Finarwien - Tolkein-esque names
Baldor, Tyr or Sigurd - Norse mythology
Orias, Shax, Velnus, Zagan, Elathan, Balan, Kelnus, Zoras, Phelner, Zephyrus, Zypherias, Credné, Tuatha, Elias, Finvarra, Folletto, Gofannon, Oberon, Oisin, Pix
I must say, coming up with female names is much easier.

You don't say what his Mother's name is. Perhaps if you make names for both of his Parents, you could then combine their names somehow in order to get a good name for him.
I'll keep checking back if you update your question with his Parents' names to see if I can also come up with a spectacular name for your Immortal Angel.
Have a lovely rest of the day....Bright Blessings...

Raynor. No reason, it just popped into my mind. Sounds like an interesting tale, by the way.
