I assume your talking about the headliner inside the car.

These are easy to fix. You can get a kit from your local auto parts store.

To fix, you have to remove the headliner from the car; which means removing all the roof trim inside. This can be challenging.

If you're not the DIY type, find an upholstery or body shop that does headliners cheap. Here in SoCal, many shops do headliners for under $100.
