I definitely have the Blue Snowball and that i think of that's a super mic. at the same time as the Yeti is extra sensible, that's extra high priced and the Snowball nonetheless produces CD high quality sound. or you will possibly desire to get the Audio-Tecnica 2020 mic, it is related to the comparable value simply by fact the Yeti. once you're searching for a solid mic around $one hundred fifty (reckoning on what united states of america you're in, I have been given my Snowball for $50 on eBay from a US supplier; they value approximately $one hundred sixty the place I stay), i could get the Yeti. The Snowball is approximately $100USD. the two are super mics for amateur, however the Yeti is extra sensible.

it depends on the type of mic for the type of voice. Before you build a studio maybe you should learn what mic's are used for what pitches and frequencies of what singers voice you plan on recordin. http://www.musiciansfriend.com has plenty of mic's, do some research on who you are recording and figure out what type of mic you need to get the best sound from their voice.

I worked with this mic at Albright College's public studio. I haven't had extensive experience with it, but Neumann is known for its lasting products. This is assuming price isn't a choice, since it's a G a mic.
