What the above person is talking about is the Season 1 Angel episode No. 8 "I will remember You". This follows on from the Buffy episode No. 8 "Pangs" where Angel goes to Sunnydale to help Buffy after Doyle had a vision. Everyone except Buffy knows he is there 'cos he's trying to spare her the pain of seeing him, but Anya blurts it out at the end of the ep and that's why Buffy goes to LA to see him. Then Angel returns to Sunnydale in The Yoko Factor and he and Riley fight over Buffy.
Before then there's Buffy Ep 3 "The Harsh light of Day" where Buffy gets "The gem of amara" from Spike that's a ring to make a vampire invunerable. It crosses over into "In the Dark" Angel ep 3 where Oz takes the ring to Angel on the way to a Dingoes gig and Spike follows him and tries to get it back off Angel.
Then there's Buffy eps 15 and 16 (This year's girl and Who are you?) that continue in Angel's 18 and 19 eps "Five by Five" and "Sanctuary". This is when Faith wakes from her coma, switches bodies with Buffy, sleeps with Riley (as Buffy) and when they are back in their right bodies she goes to LA to kill Angel for Wolfram and Hart. Buffy hears Angel is in danger and goes to LA to help.
Angel is in Season 5s ep 17 "Forever" to comfort Buffy after her mother's death.
Faith is in Angel's 4th season eps 13-15 "Salvage" "Release" and "Orpheus". Willow is also in "Orpheus", called in to restore Angel's soul. At the end of the episode she takes Faith back to Sunnydale for the final 5 episodes of the series.
Oh, and of course Willow is in the Season 2 Finale of Angel "There's no place like plrtz glrb" at the very end to "tell" Angel about Buffy's death in "The Gift" (Season 5 Finale) - although Willow doesn't even speak a word - Angel just knew by looking at her.
I think that about covers it.
Oops, I forgot Angel Season 3 ep 17 Disharmony - where Willow is shown talking on the phone to Cordelia.
In Season 2 ep. 1 Judgement Angel visits Faith in prison.
The Season 7 Buffy episode 17 "Lies My Parents Told Me" ties into the Angel Season 4 No. 15 episode "Orpheus" and into the Angel season five episode No. 8 "Destiny". These tie-ins are with Spike, Drusilla, Angel and Darla about Spike's being sired and are all flaskbacks.

They did 2 epis when angel first started. Where on the buffy show went straight inot the angel show. I will have to get back to you i have the epis at home and can't remember now which one it is. I know that angel lost his powers but he could taste again and have sex with Buffy it was all very sad cause in the end angel had to decide if he wanted buffy or his powers back and the deal was that if he choose his powers Buffy would rememeber nothing of the last days they got to spend together but angel would now about it forever and remember everything I actually cried cause angel told buffy what he was doing and buffy kept said "i will never forget i will never forgot" I believe it had something to do with The Powers that Be" Hope this helps

I assume you mean cross overs. In the first season of Angel, THe Harsh Light Of Day has Spike and Oz, and I Will Remember You has one of the best cross overs with Buffy. Faith is in Five by Five, and is also in Sanctuary with Buffy. Willow makes an extremely short appearance in No Place Like Plrtz Glrb. In Buffy, Angel appears in Pangs and the Yoko Factor in the fourth season, Forever in season 5, and End of Days and Chosen in season seven.
