It's accepted in the hmong culture to have more than one wife so I think it's ok to marry other races. Most of the hmong elders criticize interracial relationships and marriages, but who are they to speak? After all they accept polygamy, which means they have less of a sense of marriage than those marrying outside the race. Plus, marrying outside the race saves the husband money because of the pathetic way hmongs sell their daughters - and no it's not a dowry.
