I'm assuming that you want to put on weight - but remain healthy.

Lots of protein. Dairy is good. Whole milk.

You still want to eat veggies and fruits - but group it with LOTS of protein. Double chicken on top of some greens.

Nuts. They are very fattening.

Dried fruit is faster and easier to eat - but still good for you. AND highly caloric.

Protein Bars.

I don't know how much you want to gain - or how big you are now - but the idea is to EAT more calories than you are BURNING.

Exercise should be muscle building. Muscle weighs more than fat.

And dang! I wish I had YOUR dilemna!!!

Putting on weight is very easy. You should eat pizza, burgers or anything fried really, preferably at night. You should also eat sweets and sleep a lot, to keep your fat.
I have to tell you though, putting on weight, unless you're
really skinny, is never a good idea, trust me i know!

If you want to put on wait use this formula:
More calories less exercice.
Eat and sleep immediately after that.
Loosing and puting on weight is not related ONLY to the quantity of food but also tothe quality and the lifestyle you have. don't over eat because it won't help.

PROTEIN: chicken, etc. protein builds up muscle tissue instead of just going out and eating McDonalds everyday, don't do that. drink protein shakes and lift weights.
It always worked for me in Football

Come live at my house! JK Try Nutrition shakes and protein bars..things like that! Go to your local GNC and speak to someone there, I'm sure there are many supplements you can take.

Have you ever watched the movie "Supersize me"? Do what that guy did, eat McDonald's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and when they ask you if you want it supersized, always say yes.

Fast food. Supersize the combo. Carls Jr. has the most fat gram content of any of them, even more than McDonalds.
