Don't trust something like this to websites. There are too many crooks that will take your money and run. Go through an agency, church, or hire a lawyer. You will have to have a home study done first.

My cousin went to Catholic Charities for their adoption. Its a long process, so if you want to adopt, you mindswell start getting everything they need together.
