As long as it is not oil based you will be fine. Hubby is a painter and has been for 10+ years (he even did 3 years in college).

Obviously, keep her out of the paint....but I think you are asking about fumes..?..
If you use latex paint instead of oil base paint, she'll be fine. Also, using latex paint eliminates the need for paint thinner or mineral spirits (those fumes could be harmful).

We painted when my son was less than 6 weeks, prior to his baptism. It will be fine so long as your daughter is not in the rooms being painted for very long.

If the paint is oil based the best thing is to keep the baby out of
there as much as possible.

Im thinking you probably shouldn't have the baby in the house until the house is done, I know alot of strong cleaners shouldn't be around the baby either, I would see if there is a family member or friend you could stay w/ until your done w/ the house.

I wouldn't put her in the same room, but to have her in a room nearby isn't terrible - if you have no other choice. Personally, I'd ask someone to have her at their house if at all possible. I would also make sure all the windows are open to get the best ventilation.

I am pretty sure it is not harmful but just to be safe have grandma or someone you trust take the baby out for a little while.
