Celebrities are very unlikely to give out their email addresses. You would need to speak to the person's agent to see if they would participate in some other way.
Many musicians (such as Jarvis Cocker) now use MySpace. You could try contacting them through there. They at least give the impression that their pages are updated personally.

You CAN'T!...and probably NEVER will!...
Most teen celebrities have very strict publicists who control every aspect of the actor's life, on AND off-screen...just like I keep seeing repeated requests for the e-mail address for "Hannah Montana"(actually series star Miley Cyrus) and the Sprouse brothers...
GIMME A BREAK!
The Sprouses and Miley don't NEED to be harassed by young fans who beg and plead for their e-mail addresses, just so they can live their lives through them!...
Please leaves those actors alone, and let their parents run their fan clubs their way...
Besides, they already have enough on their schedules, they mostly don't have time to be hassled for some money;most of them already are involved in fund-raising activities of THEIR own choosing...instead of harassing them for money, why not donate some of your funds to THEIR charities, that makes them feel more popular w/ their fans...
