Sonic makes a grilled cheese? I didn't know that. I know that while they can add chili to a hot dog they don't serve it as a side. However, you can hit the Wendy's drive-through in your area and get some of their chili (it isn't half bad, but not up to Texas standards).
Add the chili to the grilled cheese sandwich and... viola'!

That sounds so freaking good! I don't know of any other fast food places that have those. So sorry. You should also try a BLT with cheese from Sonic. SO TASTY! And a strawberry lime aid. Man, you are making me need sonic for lunch today...

Starbucks has a grilled cheese: Three cheese blend of aged white cheddar, yellow cheddar and mozzarella cheese served on a hearty multigrain bread. Jack in the Box has a really good three cheese grilled sandwich in my opinion too. Dunkin Donuts has one too.

Where are you? I currently live in So. California and i know both Tom's and Farmer Boys sells grilled cheese.

Believe it or not McDonalds, Wendys and Burger King. But not all will do it because the employees do not know how. They were very popular in the 80's. It is just a luck of the draw. I also know that you can get a cheese hoagie from subway just have them heat it for you. You will just have to ask is all.
