Yes, they have as much right to as anyone if there's ligitimate abuse, and any could abuse that right, not just a level one or two. there are a lot of ignorant people out there, no offense, but it's true that like to screw around in the internet, even at a higher level.

No one should be able to report anyone, the system is totally lame. As if people need to get offended by words on a screen. And like kids don't know how to swear. At least here they might learn to swear originally. Anyone who reports anyone for abuse is petty and probably unliked in life. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

Hey now, thats not fair, I used to be at level six then got suspended for nothing, so i have to start all over. Why do I have to be a low life?

Due to the absolute ineffectiveness and abuse of the reporting system, it should be abolished. If you can't handle a little heat without crying to the Y! police, you shouldn't be here.. no matter what your "status" is.

can i just say
YOU are the sort of person that makes internet chat forums bad. lowlifes, wtf???? its like the people who refer to us low levelled people as "newbies" like its a bad thing
we all have to start somewhere, im quite hapy being at level 2, im sure by now if i really tried i could be higher leveled but i quite frankly cant be bothered.
i think all people should have the same powers for rating and reporting peoples questions / answers, why should my view be less than yours?
one thing i do aggree with is limiting the number of questions / answers the lower leveled participants can give.
why should my view of what is right and wrong be considered any less important than that of someone who has been here longer?
i hope you soon get a reality check and learn to embrace the new knowledge that these "low life level 1's and 2's" can bring to YA

I very rarly report people for abuse, but when something needs to be reported it shouldn't matter what level you are.
