U sound SOOO much like me when i was 14. I know u don't want 2 hear it but most places aren't willing to hire 14 year olds. As a matter of fact, they really aren't willing to hire teens up until about 16 years old. and grocery stores claim to hire u at 15. I was calling everyone in the newspapers, phone books, etc. The best thing you can do is get a job working with someone you know. If you have a friend or relative that works try to get them to convince their boss to consider u 4 hire. Or, help out family or friends like babysit, wash cars, clean a beauty salon, cut grass, etc.

You need to investigate employment legislation for under 16's. I can't remember what the rules are. Ask your form tutor for more info, and then try approaching small companies like privately owned corner shops, etc. What about dog walking or a paper round?

Babysit, petsit, wash cars, yard, lawn, snow, run errands, clean, walk the dog, do laundry, fold the laundry, there are some other things you can do. Cleaning pays the highest, $20/hour in some areas. Babysitting pays $7-20/hour depends whom you sit. You just need to find a good place to tell people that you're looking for jobs.
