I have 4 children of my own plus I have cared for about 50 children over the last 20 years as a licensed home child care provider. Only one child that I know of has drank goat's milk and that was due to a cow's milk sensitivity. The family bought the goat's milk at a local grocery store that carried it. It came in a carton just like cow's milk. Babies from newborn until 12 months drink breast milk or commercially prepared formula. After 12 months, most switch to whole cow's milk. We have neighbors who had goats that they used to milk, but they didn't give the goat's milk to their babies until they were over 12 months old.

Use it as it is. Do not adulterate or mix it with something else. This is how my Mom fed me.
However, pasteurize the milk first by heating in a double boiler (no direct heating because you will denature the protein) at 60 degrees Centigrade by using a thermometer and then rapidly cooling it in an ice water bath.
Refrigerate after pasteurization.
Then warm the bottle of milk before feeding your baby-to-be. Test the temperature by using a drop of milk at the back of your palm. You can use microwave oven for warming.
Remarks:
Pasteurization will kill the pathogenic bacteria.
Please email me when you are ready with your baby, say, ten months from now? Send me a picture of your goats farm. I like goats meat. In fact, if you are selling goats meat at a fair price, I will buy from you.

Unless you plan on giving birth to a baby goat, the best sort of milk to feed your baby is human milk.

In other words, spend your time reading up on breastfeeding, and all of the hundreds of wonderful reasons to do it. www.kellymom.com is one of my favorite resources.
