Do you mean can you dose discus with a copper-based medication?
The answer is Yes, with a But.
You can, and it shouldn't hurt them, but copper is a harsh medication and it will destroy your beneficial bacterial populations.
There is usually a much better way to treat - what is wrong with your fish?

Copper is as safe for Discus as it is for most other fish.... which is barely. Copper is quite tricky to use properly and what will work well at one pH will kill the fish at another pH. You must be very careful with copper. I would suggest you read very carefully about it's use before adding any to a tank.

You didn't say why you want to medicate the entire tankful but I'd as the fish dealer about any additives. Some people declorinate their water or even put salt for salt water types of fish but they have to be very careful. Sometimes just corrosion of metal tank objects or glass connectors can be bad for the fish.
