Actually, no. I was raised to be really sarcastic and to find humor in putting other people down. My step-father and uncle were the WORST and I had to learn how to play the game or be eaten alive. So I can dish it out with the very best of them, but I dislike it intensly. I don't have anything like that with my family or friends, but when I'm forced into a corner, I bite. Sure, everyone says it's all in fun, but it hurts. Cutting someone down for fun isn't funny. If it goes too far (which for me isn't very far at all) I will start answering their little comments with "Oh, thanks, Adam, I think your a really sweet person, too" in the sweetest syrupiest voice I can muster, before long, they learn that I CAN play their game but I choose not to and they change their tune. Usually, the ones who are the nastiest, turn out to be little puppy dogs inside.

You bet. Give and take. If you are are going to dish it out you gotta be able to take it. Even if it's meant to be humorous. There are names for those who can't.

What are YOU dishin' ?

Only if they are creative enough to put some spice in it. If they hand me back the same stuff I gave them, I'm just not impressed.

No. I can yell and scream at my (adult) kids, and think nothing of it. If they say anything back I usually get really upset, and sometimes cry.
