Pay, flexibility and office environment...can't beat it.

1) the industry we are in -- commercial property management -- it's a people job and I'm a people person.
2) the team we have -- we all get along well and work together beautifully. We have fun, and know we can count on each other in a pinch.
3) their respect for my abilities and my respect for theirs.

A good working relationship with the other workers and supervision.
