What are good ideas for stories to write about? Because I want to write a story but can't find any descent ideas.

Forget writing. If your imagination is this lame that you cannot think of something to write about, just skip the process altogether. And learn to spell!

People like you scare me... seriously.
Look outside your location. What do you see? If it is a vast wasteland of nothing then write about the nothingness. Or
Give yourself a magical power. If you could change three lives in 24 hours who would you choose and how would you do it? Or
Pick someone you know and develop a character that is 100% opposite of them and do a pseudo-biography. Maybe do it comic book style. Or
Hold a dictionary and open it up. On the page it opens to, use the words in that section to spark a memory or idea. Or.
Grab a newspaper and randomly tear out a section. Read what you can and write the rest.

I agree with the first answer. If you are talented enough to write, you won't need to come to this board to ask for ideas, you will have plenty of your own. If you do need to ask, then don't think about writing, do something that you do have a talent for.
