Did you send a thank you note that re-iterated your interest in the job and the skills you possess that the company needs?

If not, do it now.

Call and write both... Most job searchers make a mistake by not seeming to be interested. This isn't like asking a girl out, you need to show interest immediately, put yourself ahead of the other interviewers, the only way to do this is by selling yourself with persistence and showing the hiring authority you are interested.

What I look for in an employee, is a note of thanks for the interview [that shows that they are thoughtful-a good employee is always thoughtful]
and a phone call- this shows me that they are REALLY wanting the job

It is usually those folks who get hired in my designing co.
