The cytosol (cf. cytoplasm, which also includes the organelles) is the internal fluid of the cell, and a portion of cell metabolism occurs here. Proteins within the cytosol play an important role in signal transduction pathways and glycolysis. They also act as intracellular receptors and form part of the ribosomes, enabling protein synthesis.

Cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) is a cyclic nucleotide derived from guanosine triphosphate (GTP). cGMP acts as a second messenger much like cyclic AMP, most notably by activating intracellular protein kinases in response to the binding of membrane-impermeable peptide hormones to the external cell surface.

cytosol is just cellular fluid or rather the movement of. and C-GMP is an akronym for Cyclic Guanine monophospahte. Which is used in energy production. As far as the internal structures of the eye you would have to be more specific, but in generally. From front to back you have the anterior chamber, which contains aquous humor, then the iris which is the muscle that controls the shape of the Lens in the Pupil , the opening, on the other side of the pupil you have the posterior chamber which contains vitreous humor, along the back of the eye you have your retina, which contains your rods and cones.

Cytosol is the cytoplasm remaining after the removal of all the organelles.
It can be obtained if you centrifuge the cytoplasm hard enough to let all the cytoplasmic organelles settle to the bottom of the centrifuge tube. You then remove the supernatant. This is cytosol.
C-GMP is cyclic guanosine monophosphate, something like C-AMP. They act as second messenger in the cell. They act as activators of enzymes.
