The reason you dont get any picture with movies you downloaded is because you need the proper codec for the movie. I think since you get audio you need a DIVX codec.
Go to http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/download/
and click on the big green download button. Install that and play your video, everything will work fine.

Your pc should be lacking a particular plug in, or the report you downloaded grow to be purely undesirable. I propose googling the extension of the action picture you got to discover better information.

Happened to me first time I downloaded it. I downloaded a free dvd player from the net which gave me the correct things I needed

You will need to download the DIVX codec. This is a piece of software that enables the streaming of video with .avi (Audio Video Interleave) files.
Word of warning though, only install the codec when you come to install it, do not download any optional extras because they contain spyware.

I personally use Limewire.. never really had a major problem with it.. however..make sure you allow uploading.. otherwise its illegal and u will be busted for it..
