He has no brothers or sisters.
The man is his father's only child or son, so that man's father must be him (the man looking at the picture)..

The picture is of his son.

"my fathers son" = "me"

so
"that mans father is me"

He is looking at the picture of himself (try & reason it out yourself; its one of the easiest 'logic' questions I've ever seen).
