It could be. But the chances are pretty slim that that's going to happen anywhere but TV, film or in a fiction novel.

Yes i think this is a correct assumption. I was with a friend of mine when he got into a fight and things got out of hand and the other person was hurt. The incident was then reported to the police and for some reason my name was mentioned and i was the one who was prosecuted because the man couldn't remember who it was who actually hit him
