Here we call it sizzlers plate....
The plate is super heated....
Like with a blow torch....
Its cast iron...
Your meal is cooked and served on a regular plate...
But when it comes to your table..
The meal is splattered on this super hotdish....
Plenty of steam ...and the aroma fills the rooms with sweet spices and food aromas......quite a spectacle
