Where can I get a printable court slip for AA meetings?

I've signed a lot of slips in my time, most were just a piece of paper with date, time, name of meeting handwritten, then signed with the first name and last initial of whoever chaired the group or the secretary.

If you need it for court and there was a special slip, you would have been given several of them.

Do your time, get your slips signed, but don't fall for the mumbo-jumbo. You're not powerless, you don't have a disease, if faith helps, fine, but you don't have to believe in these things to get sober no matter what they tell you in the rooms. There is no magic in the program; it's all up to you, only you can decide whether to pick up that next drink or not.

I don't know about an official printable court slip, but why don't you make one up one the computer, or just have the meetings sign any piece of paper. Courts do accept these I would assume, as I have seen a lot of people do it at our meetings. If nothing else, call the courts and see if they have some.

If it is truely a "court slip", then you should have gotten one issued by the judge mandating you to go to AA mtgs.
If it through your rehab center, they should have something with their letterhead on it with lines for the secretary of the AA mtg. to sign.
Some people just bring in a notebook, or a piece of paper with
a place for the secretary to write the date, the place of the mtg./time, and secretarys signature. Good luck! The program works if you want it to work and are willing to work at it....
