I do celebrate it, and expect that my husband will remember to show his love on that day with a small token and some romance, however... I do feel you should show the one you love how special they are to you every day of the year.

I swear, we've some somewhat grotesque haters right here. confident, Muslims get exhilaration from love and romance, and no, they do no longer seem to be all bombers. maximum are regulation abiding voters, very very few in assessment to the comprehensive sort of them are those inflicting hardship. the reason that Valentine's Day isn't an element of Islam is on the grounds this is a Christian social gathering, organic and easy. Do Christians nevertheless have fun Passover? might desire to they? Do they nevertheless observe Yom Kippur? Do they observe any of the Jewish vacations? might desire to they? No, they do no longer, and no, they do no longer might desire to, and it is wonderful. Muslims do no longer anticipate Christians to quickly for the duration of Ramadan, why might desire to Christians anticipate Muslims to video reveal Valentine's day? Btw, regardless of if that is formally Islamic or no longer, many in actuality do have fun Valentine's day. i be attentive to that is formally a Christian ingredient, yet somewhat, interior the midsection, this is a social gathering of romantic love. everybody enjoys romantic love!

Yes there is and no, i'm not saying this just b'coz i am an 18 year old. If you love someone then V day is an opportunity to express yourself and tell your partner that they mean the world to you and this is something that we usually fail to do. And let me tell you that this is the most important thingto do if you want a healthy and loving relationship. So go ahead and celebrate this day with love and warmth.

Yes there is, there are days through the year dedicated to all kinds of strange and wonderful concepts.
Having only one day a year dedicated to love seems inadequate to me :)
I think the problem with Valentine's Day is that it's been overly commercialized.
Expressing love doesn't require hundreds of dollars, just a little effort and finding ways to show you care.

Totally without value. You dont need one day a year to do something sweet or nice for a loved one. As usual our idiotic society has turned it into a huge marketing event with no meaning other than go out and spend money. The moral of my rant is that you should do something nice for your loved ones for no particular reason other than to see them smile...and do it more than once a year.

I don't do valentines day, cos just because a certain day is coming out it doesn't mean you hafta find a bf/gf at that exact time, i mean you liking somebody is supposed to happen spontaneously, not just cos you need a date for valentines day. and also, shouldn't love be shared the whole year, not just one day?

Yes! It's having good value, but you can not estimate it. If you are having any Heart Mate, then you will know the true value of V'day.
