I wouldn't have said Liverpool really, more something very very Southern (like Brighton, that's nearly in the sea). The way Luke sings his vowels 'Oi knoi etc' isn't all that Scouse. Perhaps I'm not familiar with their stuff enough to pick up the Liverpudlian though.
