You pull up by the entrance to the garage, then hold down your horn for five ten-second blasts. If nobody comes out, you're allowed to just drive straight in then.

yes, u pull into garage , just make sure u are going fast enough (40 or 50 is good ) to get through garage door , they dont like it when ppl dont go fast enough and get stuck in door, hope this helps

You go directly to the back to perpare for an oil change, sit in your car until they direct you. You will then be let out and sit in the waiting room until you are over charged!

Follow the arrows in the lot. They will direct you to the rear doors and then a tech will assist you.

park in the lot...then they take your keys and drive it in the garage themself...customers are not allowed in the garage
